قضت الدائرة الأولى المختصة بقضايا الإرهاب في مجمع محاكم بدر، اليوم، بالسجن المؤبد على 9 مدانين، والسجن المشدد 15 عاماً على مدان آخر، في القضية المعروفة إعلامياً بـ«خلية أكتوبر»، بعد إدانتهم بالانضمام إلى جماعة إرهابية.
إدراج على قوائم الإرهاب
قررت المحكمة أيضاً إدراج المحكوم عليهم والكيان المنسوب إليهم على قوائم الإرهاب، وفقاً لمنطوق الحكم، الصادر برئاسة المستشار محمد السعيد الشربيني، وعضوية المستشارين وائل عمران وغريب عزت.
اتهامات النيابة
أسندت النيابة العامة إلى المدانين تهم الانضمام إلى جماعة إرهابية أُسست على خلاف أحكام القانون، بهدف الإخلال بالنظام العام، وتعريض أمن المجتمع وسلامته للخطر، وتعطيل أحكام الدستور والقانون، ومنع مؤسسات الدولة والسلطات العامة من أداء أعمالها، والاعتداء على الحريات الشخصية للمواطنين، والإضرار بالوحدة الوطنية والسلام الاجتماعي.
قضايا الإرهاب
ويأتي الحكم ضمن القضايا التي تنظرها دوائر الإرهاب في مصر، المختصة بالفصل في الجرائم المرتبطة بالتنظيمات الإرهابية، وفقاً لقانون مكافحة الإرهاب رقم 94 لسنة 2015 والتشريعات ذات الصلة.
آثار قانونية
وتواصل السلطات المصرية تنفيذ إجراءات أمنية وقضائية بحق المتهمين في قضايا الإرهاب، تشمل الملاحقة القضائية وإدراج الأفراد والكيانات الصادرة بحقها أحكام أو قرارات قضائية على قوائم الإرهاب، وهو ما يترتب عليه آثار قانونية، من بينها تجميد الأموال والمنع من السفر أو سحب جوازات السفر، وفقاً للقانون المنظم لقوائم الكيانات الإرهابية والإرهابيين.
The first circuit specialized in terrorism cases at the Badr Courts complex today sentenced 9 convicted individuals to life imprisonment and another convicted individual to 15 years of hard labor in the case known in the media as the “October Cell,” after finding them guilty of joining a terrorist group.
Inclusion on Terrorism Lists
The court also decided to include the convicted individuals and the entity attributed to them on the terrorism lists, according to the ruling issued under the presidency of Counselor Mohamed Saeed El-Sherbini, with the membership of Counselors Wael Omran and Gharib Ezzat.
Prosecution Charges
The Public Prosecution charged the convicted individuals with joining a terrorist group established in violation of the law, with the aim of disrupting public order, endangering the security and safety of society, obstructing the provisions of the constitution and law, preventing state institutions and public authorities from performing their duties, violating the personal freedoms of citizens, and harming national unity and social peace.

This ruling is part of the cases being considered by the terrorism circuits in Egypt, which are specialized in adjudicating crimes related to terrorist organizations, in accordance with the Anti-Terrorism Law No. 94 of 2015 and related legislation.
Legal Implications
The Egyptian authorities continue to implement security and judicial measures against those accused in terrorism cases, including legal prosecution and the inclusion of individuals and entities against which judicial rulings or decisions have been issued on terrorism lists, which entails legal implications, including the freezing of assets and travel bans or the confiscation of passports, in accordance with the law regulating the lists of terrorist entities and terrorists.
